Dear Sir /Madam,
This is in regards to the product (Jabra BT125 bluetooth head set) I purchased from P3 at shop no.10 Building No. 8C, DLF Cyber city, Ph-2 Guragon on 27-July-09.
When i started using a device i observed distortion within three metre distance which should not be the case as per the product manual. I reported complaint to P3 and they confirm the same. They told me that they will get it replaced from Jabra. I was provided with replacement but the same problem occurred again. When i reported back to P3 again they said we can't replace and help you out as the device pack is open.
I also observed the same product is available in other stores cost for Rs 1630. But P3 is selling the same product at Rs 1999/- Have told the same to P3 Manager (Mr Harjeet -9811351676) about the same. He accepted the same and assure me to return the extra money charged by P3 which they didn't.
