False Commitment

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

Dear Sir/Madame,

As per my telephonic conversation with Miss. Pramilla from Chennai, I have filed a complaint against Mr. Kanishk Khanna, M.D. Pacific Ford Motors, Bareilly.

I had booked a Ford Endevour with Pacific Ford on 18th May with a security Cheque of Rs.500000/- on account of its delivery commitment on 27th May. On 27th May I was told that the vehicle is on the way and will arrive shortly. Later I was told that there is a dispute between the Ford Company & the Transport so the cars did not get dispatched as per the schedule and I was committed for 10th June delivery.

Between the period there was a function in my house on which i wanted that car to be there but it just did not happen due to the false commitment on the company’s behalf. Now i have been told that the car will be delivered between 15th to 20th June.

I want to know will it be really delivered or should i go in for some other vehicle. I want company to reply me on this matter as soon as possible.
