PF amount not received

Even after given the filled PF form to the company before 4 months we hasnt received any status regarding the PF amount. We received an sms from PF office Form 10C (withdrawal benefit /scheme certificate) for act TBPDY 00005370000002191 recd on 26.5.2011 and claim ID TBPDY 110500001871. and 19C settlement for act TBPDY 00005370000002191 recd on 26.5.2011 and claim ID TBPDY 110500001870. So when i will get my PF amount.
