I am having gas connection with M/s Padmavathy Gas Agency, Selaiyur, Chennai, 1 year 8 months back i got gas connection. my consumer no:16183.whenever i applied gas connection tat time they gave only one cylinder they said after 6 months we will give extra cylinder.but 1 year 8 months already completed.they didn't give additional cylinder.we are struggling to get 1 sylinder also. whenever my sylinder is empty i requested them to deliver sylinder but after 15 days only they supplying that cylinder.that sylinder have some leakage. agin i made complaint but till time they didn't care abt our complaint.if any problem due to that gas leakage that m/s padmavathy gas agency only resbonsible. 15 days delay? no additional sylinder? sylinder also leakage? what we will do? so kindly take this issue very urgent? provide me additional cylinder, rectify that leakage or else i am going to file case against gas agency.
