Unavailability of booking Nos

For the last one week I am trying hard to book the gas cylinder. Tried calling on the nos 2430300, 2430269, 25611260, 25611031... everytime there is a response that dial after some time. It has become really impossible to get your call across on the landline nos.

Kindly help.
