Pal Garden Sector -89 Faridabad
Delay in construction of PAl Garden sec 89 FBD project - Askinig for moe money without progress

I have booked my flat in Pal Garden Sector -89 in Dec and i have already paid 40% of Basic Selling price (10.08 L) but dont see much progress at their site.

Also now they are asking for more money without showing any progress, their Loan is not getting disbursed till date although they claim that their project in approved from LIC, lot of ppl applied for loan, for few it got sanctioned but not dibursed...

I wanted my money to be refunded back, i sent a letter for same but as usual they dont reply to emails & these letters.
