My annuity amount (reference PGS/Annuity No. 28416) is directly credited to my HSBC Account every month between 1st and 3rd of the month. However in the month of July the same has not been credited to date (July 13).

Kindly look into the non payment and expedite the annuity remittance directly to my HSBC Account No. 052-104478-006 and oblige,
