Non transfer of nsc

I hold National saving certificates purchased from Post Office Abhyankar nagar Nagpur. They matured in January so I sent them via Heerapura post office in jaipur for transfer/confirmation as per advise of post master Heerapura, Jaipur. I did this at the end of january as advised. He said he would also give me interest for the delayed payment after maturity. The nscs have not been trsnsfered/confirmed as yet according to post master Heerspura and i am loosing a lot of interest
