I m a student of BIT RANCHI (EXTESION CENTRE LALPUR). in the march the march the pancard utitsl visited our coleege campus for making pancard i duely filled the form and promptly made the payment my application no is 045808875 (form 49 a) but not after 3 months i have not got my pan card . at the time of filling the form they make promise even it is milky mentioned that within 15 days the pancard will be delivered to your home address

please take an effective and quick action to solve my problem.
