PAN
PAN NOT RECEIVED YET

Dear Sir,

I had applied PAN card last year. After six months I got PAN No.(AQMPD4629C). But its almost nine months I havnt received my PAN card yet. When I enquired about that I came to know that its already dispatched. I am not getting the reason for this. So, kindly look into the matter and dispatch my PAN in the following address as soon as possible.
