Delay delivery of goods & that too in damaged coditions & few items missing

I've put an order for the transfer of goods from bangalore to Jaipur on 04/01 but recd the same on 01/03, but sorry to inform you that, the goods received are not in total count, some are missing & have been badly damaged. To most surprise, goods have been received in unpacked condition, scratches on almost every where, mica scratched-off etc.etc.

Following observations have been made

Items missing Matresses.

Centre table legs.

Damages Bed side tables damaged

Bed boxes totally scratched.-Mica broken.

Proper resonse still awaited.
