Pan card
PAN Card not Received (Applied in 2005)

Resp Sir/Ma'am,

I had applied for PAN card from UTI TSL in 2008 and have not received the PAN card till today. I reapplied three times but did not get any response from the concerned depatment. I also supplied them with an Affidavit for confirmation of my Fathers' name and a zerox of my Passport as well.

Please look in to the matter as this is really long pending and I hope my PAN numbers has not misused.
