TAKING CAR PARKING IN NO PARKING AREA & WITHOUT CAR PARK AT BIKANER RAILWAY STATION COMPOUND

I have lodged the complaint at Bikaner Railway Station regarding the bed conduct of parking contractor vide my complaint no. 31950 dt. 10.7.2009 at DRM office, Bikaner. But sorry to write you no action has been taken so far. You are requested to take necessary action in this regard to give the better service to the people of India travelling by indina railway.

The matter is Parking man taking parking fees in NO PARKING AREA & WITHOUT CAR PARKING.

Is this justified.
