Mistake in the spelling of name

Respected sir,

i submitted my filled PAN application form on monday, 3rd nov. in the UTI technology services office in jaipur. when i checked my status online today i found my name written as PURA SHARMA instead of PURU SHARMA which is the correct spelling. i gave the proper name in the form and even in the documents the name was written correctly. sir i would request you to correct the mistake before the card is dispatched for delivering from your side. my application form 49A no. is 040692878.
