Dear sir,

My mother, Smt. Rekha Mondal, lost her pan card in 2006 december. On 6/2 I applied for a new pan card with acknoledge number 881020200634221 through online service of www.tin-nsdl.com. The site is showing the following status:

Your 'Request For Changes Or Correction in PAN Data for PAN Allotted' Application Status

Acknowledgment Number : 881020200634221

Permanent Account Number (PAN) : AGWPM8114B

Name: REKHA MONDAL

Category: Individual

Status :

Your PAN card has been dispatched on 20-Jun by post at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application.

But, we have not yet received the Pan card. I have contacted with them for several times but it is not yet culminated into a success.

Therefore, I earnestly request you to look into the matter.
