Sir,

I have applied for PAN card and my PAN ard number was shown on website. It is CBOPS 2688M. But I have not yet received the PAN card at my residence address.

while cheching with UTI band I came to know that it was sent by post on 19th November by Indian postal service wide docket no UCP-P 015148961.

Please trace the docket and deliver it immediately at my address.
