Pan card
Loss of Pan Card & Again applied for Re-placement

Dear Sir,

I Naresh Kumar Mittapally, Pan NO. AONPM6538C is lost in while travelling in city bus from my office to my home with entire my purse.

So i again applied pan card re-placement as per suggest me pan card applications sellers staff, and i pay Rs.60/- for that replacement of card and i clearly mentioned there REPLACEMENT OF CARD ALONG WITH MY PAN NO AONPM6538C & dt is 18 FEBRUARY, CSF No. 702619119 and Processing fee No.023974253.

Till now i did not receive my card. Sir please give his address in Hyderabad or Email addres.
