Pan card
PAN card not received since last 4 months

Dear Sir/ madam,

This is regarding pan card of my brother Mr. Kishor Shinde applied on 12/09. I have tracked online and got only PANno. CAOPS1290Q despatched on 06/10/08 through post but have check in nearby post office have not got till today.

Kindly request you to re-issue me the his PAN card on below mentioned address.
