Pan card Not Received

Dear sir,

I Xavier Marshal Ferriera, had applied for PAN card on 26th Sept. 2008. My acknowledgment no. is 060270100895664.Upon checking on internet, i found that the PAN card has been allotted to me.

My PAN card no. AATPF4848C & it has been dispatched on 7th Oct. 2008 by Expressit Logistic, airway bill no. 2681419974 & the statues shows that the PAN card as been received by Mr. Anand & his contact no. 28452222. Upon contacting the person (Mr. Anand) denies about receiving the PAN card & the courier company is also not ready to take the responsibility.

So please let me know how will I be able to get my PAN card
