I have alloted a PAN no CBZB5675K in the month of september but till date i have not yet received my PAN card. The information of the same is given below.

Mode of dispatch: under certificate of post (UCP)
UCP no: PO15262036
But i did not receive my PAN card. I informed the same before one month. I got an acknowledgement from UTI that the card has been posted to my address. I confirmed from post office also, they told they didnt get any post on my address. I request you to send my PAN card to the address given below.
