Pan card
Pan card not yet received

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have not yet received any pan card inspite of applying twice. But when I checked in the internet it is showing that I having more than one active pan card and the Pan Card numbers are also displayed PAN NO. :AHHPT2535R AND PAN NO. : AIDPT0806G and I am asked to surrender one of it whereas I have not yet received even one. KIndly let me know what should I do to get the card.
