I would like to inform you that, I have applied for PAN Card in January, now its more than two months, have not received the pan card yet.By enquiring online at https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/knowpan/knowpan.jsp, I found that a PAN number has been allotted to me - BFUPK4483F, but no card has arrived at my address yet. For your information, I have applied for this from Patna (JURISDICTION: PTN/W/27/3), and the name is MANALI KUSUM.
I request you kindly look in to this complaint and arrange to send the PAN card, at specified address in application form. For any more details please drop a mail at specified email id.
