Change ward details

Hi, Sir/Madam

I have a PAN card, but there is a problem with ward details. I am from Gujarat. My ward detail is MUM/W/23/9. My pan card number is AOQPG9861H and i want to change ward details (GUJ/W/211/3). So how can i change that. I have use UTI services for my pan card.
