I would like to inform you that, I have applied for PAN card

and subsiquently I was alloted my PAN No. ADWPH2413B.

I have not yet received my PAN Card tilldate.

So, therefore, I earnestly request you to please take appropriate steps, so that I can get my PAN Card at the earliest. Expecting your cooperation.
