PAN Card not receved

Res Sir/Madam,

I have applied for new pan card in March but till now i can't receive my pan card. I have already mail you in first week of this month but there is no reply from your side. When I track my pan card status it shows that my pan card dispatched in 17/04 . But till now date 19/05 after one month I don't receved any pan card. Please suggest me how I can get my PAN Card. Can i apply for another PAN card as new applicant in that conditions when you have alloted me one PAN No. already as you shown in Track PAN Card Status Detail. My Track PAN Card Details as below :

Despatch date : 17/04

So I request you please guide me for right way to get my pan card and reply me as soon as possible.
