Haven't received PAN card

Hello Maam/Sir

Its been 1 1/2 year I have applied for a duplicate PAN Card, but haven't received yet, everytime I enquire about it from the IT Department, I have been told that its under process.

I would like to know the real status as well as when I can expect my PAN Card.
