Wrong name on my son pancard

I applied for my son pancard who is a minor and i recd it also in MAY but with wrong name on it. As a father my name on card is VIRAL KAMLKANT SHAH... which should be corrected to VIRAL KAMALKANT SHAH. again in JUNE i applied for name correction and recd it AGAIN WITH WRONG NAME PRINTED. Not able to understand what to do now. Plz help
