CORRECTION IN PAN DATA FOR PAN NOT YET ALLOTED

Dear Sir,

On 30th January, 09, I applied for name spelling correction changes through Alankit Assignments Ltd. at Chennai in our T.Nagar I O B complex vide Acknowledgment No.024440100003830 dt.30/01.

Application No.364382

When I Checked the status after 20 days, it was stated as...

Proof of addess for communiction not provided /valid

Proof of father's name not provided/ not vallid

proof of identity not profided / vlid.

* When I submitted my application I enclosed my Valid Passport copy with application as Proof of my ID, Proof of Address and Proof of fatjer's name along with my old Pan Card Exhisting No. AAKPK5176H

and all these are clearly mention in the acknowledgment receipt.

Till now, I have not received the corrected Pan Card and request you to send the corrected Pan Card

at your earliest.
