Pan card
NAME CHANGED IN DUPLICATE PAN

Dear Sir

MY PAN CARD NO is AHXPT5992L.

I applied it through UTI but I never received it. However on website it was showing that it got delieverd, form where i got this no.

So I applied again for duplicate one..This time I got my PAN but in this spelling of my name was AJIT instead of AJEET. I am not able to show it as an identity proof anywhere.

Pls help..
