Delay in issue of pan card

I had applied for the issue of pan card from your ludhiana centre and i have got the same. But i founded that my name is wrong on the pan card. i had informed the same to your Delhi headoffice on 6-8 where Mr. Harish got my call. He said me that u will get your new rectified pan card within 7 days. but i didn't got the pan card. Then i called again on 14-8.someone from your office said that you will get the same within 15 more days but i have not received yet.

so i request you that do not harass me and issue my rectified pan card as soon as possible.

The acknowledgement no. that i have got from your Delhi office is 010260200045292.
