Non receipting of pan card

I have applied for a duplicate pan card on dtd. 19/09 vide application no. 704113288 and

Pan card no. AASPL2721N but till date, I have not received the same. I visit a no. of times

to local UTI office for pancard, but in vain. Please look into the matter seriously.f7
