My pan card no is ALVPM3478Q .My full name after marriage is DILNAZ BURJIS MOHTA whereas on the card it mentions (my fatherin laws name as) DILNAZ NADIR MOHTA. I request for the wrong name change embossed to be rectified and a new card be printed as soon as possible, had also attached my marriage certificate and other documents. pls have the change done asap.
The name should be DILNAZ BURJIS MOHTA .
