Not getting pan card

Sir,

till the time i have not get my pan card no.-AQFPR0700B (as shown on net by name and date of birth). Which has been alloted to me six month ago. number of times i have applied for card latter giving card no..

all the time it was return back by indicating mismatch.

sir at least give me some mail as a proof that your pan card no is this.
