For pending sallary

Dear Sir/Madam,

I worked with AIBA (Advions Infra & Basic Aminities) company based in Gurgaon in the post of T.M (kuosambi, allahabad) since july to till date but i cant get any salary on till date please give me information that what can I do because I am realy in very big financial crisis. As per telephonic talk with Mr Ashish kumar (D.G.M) he always say your salary will reliese within few days and slowly it will be pass a very big time but i can, t get any salary of pending.
