Why this pan card 'ADDPL1043N ' under PPC objection

Hi sir/madam,

My self Pradeep Kumar B.L. I have lost my PAN Card (ADDPL1043N) and I re-apply for that with required docs (police complaint letter, address proof)

Now the current status is Under PPC objection, please help me out why it is in this status and let me know what are the actions required from my side.
