this is to request you that myself kamla prasad pandey, resident.
c/o ramavtar maheto, ward no.4, rajendrapura, patel mohalla, old itarsi.pin code.461111, dist hoshangabad, madhya pradesh.mobile no:09755282758.has applied for pan card but fail to receive till date.
as i inquired and track the infromation via pan tracker that
my pan no is: AVYPP9516F, appln no:035291633, coupon no:025053414, and the status shown is as card dispatched
via post ason dated 15/04 but sir till date i fail to receive the same.
thus here is a request to send me the details of the post via
pan card is despatched through.b/s i think that pan card is
misplaced somewhere by post.
kindly give me the details of courier/post details/pod no.
so i can go for further procedure.
