Pre recorded unnecessary calls

Dear sir,

Now adays pre recorded calls are ceverely increased and torchering the customers. Yesterday when i was on heavy traffic in chennai i have received this type of call and because of this call i just escaped from an accident. Samething when i called and informed the customer care they are telling that it will take minimum 45 days to deactivate the service.

It is very dangerous and redicules to forcefully call and playing the pre recorded calls without understanding the customers position or feelings. Customer care people are saying that it is as per the TROY regulations.
