Pan card
My name and father's name in PAN card

I had aplied for a PAN card and received the same with my name as NEHA BALI RAM SINGH, instead of NEHA SINGH which is the name I use. My father's name is BALI RAM SINGH and hais name has been inserted as my middle name. Same in his case, my grandfather's name had been given as his middle name and his name is BALI RAM VIKRAMA SINGH. My PAN number is BXRPS6040M. Is it ok if I continue with the same PAN card or apply for changes???
