Pan card
PAN CARD PACKET NOT RECEVIED

Dear Sir

This is to inform you i have applied for the PAN card on 31-07 and UTI already dispatched the card on 07-08. My PAN No. is AMZPA1869Q. I talked to UTI representative and they give me the despatch no. 38384632 . But I have not recevied the PAN Card as on till date. I have called to Dartmail on the no.9212781925 every time busy or no response.

please do the needfull on the matter urgently basis.

And If You are give the your proper address i collect the packet from your office.
