I had applied for a pan card No. ALAPD 2306Fin Hyderabad which i received with the wrong name. Then i shifted residence to Kolkata and applied for a correction in name in June through Bajaj capital. CSF No.703422171. Procesing fee coupon No. 027526107 dated 03/06. I also submitted all the relevant documents. Till date my pan card has not come.

Please look into the matter as it is very urgent.
