We applied for Pan Card to myself of Sangeeta Vasant Gaikwad on 2nd October
through UTI TSL-PAN Coll Center, M.B. Naik & Company, Pimple Gurav, Pune-411 027.
My application no:030288226, Processing fee coupon number is 021048821.So far we have not received the PAN Card. We approached the above said office but never got a proper reply.
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send us the PAN card. Please send PAN card as soon as possible.
