Not Recieved Pan card yet

Hi

I submitted application for pan card on 8th Aug when i gone for enqiery on 26th sep 2008 operator said it has been dispached since 4th sep 2008 by post, then i went to post office there area post man said we didn't got any such document for delivery on your address.
