Pan card
Non issuance of pan card and change of date of birth

i have not received my pan card though the status is showing that it was despatched and now it has gone back.my pan no is issued and its AJIPJ4363N.and the date of birth mentioned in the pan card is 13 march 1983 but my date of birth is 30 march 1983.kindly help me to collect my pan card as well as correct the date of birth in it.
