Pan Card not received

I have appllied for Pan Card on 30th July through UTI. Registration No. 028320564. I sent letter on 28th August by speed post clarifying name query raised by Mumbai Office (UTI). Till date I have not received any letter or Pan Card. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
