I have an assembeled computer from panchsheel computer. which consist of RAM. while purchasing it they told me that there is life time warranty for RAM which is provided by the company named SIMMTRONICS.As enquired by the company we came to know that life time warranty means three years.when i went to panchsheel computer for the replacement of RAM they plainly refuse to replace and started telling that the warranty is only for one year.than they gave me the address of simmtronics while reaching there i came to know that the RAM given to me was duplicate than they told me that in simmtronics RAM on the top of the chip simmtronics is written with silver hologram.they told me that go to the dealer and ask the sequence number of the chip he will not give u the no.exactly same has happened.i am being puzzled in between the company and the dealer.
