I sent a parcel on 15/06 from Bangalore, Kundan halli professional carrier to Agartala, Tripura. After 10 days when it has not reached I enquired with them, for one week they told me that the parcel is stuck in Kolkata and will be delivered next day. But it has not been delivered. Now I am calling them for enquiry but they are not picking up my phone. Because of not reaching my parcel our company is suffering from a massive loss. Kindly do somethng to punish them.
