Not providing education loan

Espected sir,

i am doing mba from iibr, pune, i have loan letter of my collage and i applyed for the education loan in my nearest branch of pnb khanua, teh-rupbas, dist-bharatpur, state-rajasthan. i have all document but they refuge to give me loan. they said that you go for other banks. i felled to understend why they were not providing loan to me. help me sir i really need this loan for my further education.
