Pan no. ASMPS5093F
Pan card not received after correction

Dear sir,

I have a received pan card during june vide Pan no. ASMPS5093F with the name mentioned as SAEHADRI instead of SESHADRI. i have returned the same to the incometax office, tambaram ward office on 04.08.2003 to correct the name in the card. But till date i have not received, i request you to look into the matter and arrange to send the Pancard at the earliest.
