With due respect i Binod Kumar Singh want to say that i went to pantaloon store santhacruz (West) milan subway branch with my wife and daughter for shopping.after i completed my shopping i went to pay the bill at the payment counter with my Future Prepaid Shopping Card .but at the payment counter they refused to accept the card and and it was very bad to inform you that they didnt had any idea about that.

In this process they wasted my 3 very important office hours and also the store manager Mr sandeep Shetty and Sudarshan Partasarthy they both didnt provide me any information and had misbehaved with me very badly.in this regard i have already loged a complaint with ur share with us and my form number is 6. i had a telephonic conversation with alpana deodhar i was trying to call her at around 7 pm but her mobile phone is off .till now i have not recieved any single mail and sorry letter from your their side.
