I m very much frustated with your customer care team, i am trying with contact them regarding paper bill requirement but Every time i get answer (System not working, Please call after 30 minuts). Fom last 6 month we have not received paper bill OR Email- bill of my connection.
Please treat this as most important and request your kind and prompt reply on the same.
